As we sell perishable flowers, their lifespan varies depending on the type and season. While we strive to recreate the designs shown on our website, natural variations mean that no two arrangements are identical, and the actual product may differ from the example images.

These images are for illustrative purposes only; arrangements change daily due to seasonal availability. To be eligible for a refund or return, you must notify us within 24hrs of purchase.

At Studio Ohara, our returns and refunds policy complies with Australian Consumer Protection laws. Please note that we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design.

Absolutely! We work out of our studio located at 2/33 James Street Burleigh.

We’ll give you a call once your order is ready to organise a time for you to come and pick up your flowers.

Our delivery team will leave the flowers in a safe place by the front door. If there is no safe place available, we will return the flowers back to our shop for you or the recipient to collect.

If unable to collect, we will contact you to charge an additional delivery fee and try again the following business day. 

Our flower subscription is the easiest way to ensure you always have fresh, beautiful blooms delivered right to your door.

Here’s a simple breakdown:

1. Choose Your Flowers: Select the "Subscribe" option on any of our eligible bouquets and choose your delivery frequency (e.g., weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).
2. Automatic Billing: You will be billed automatically to your chosen payment method before each new delivery is prepared.
3. Full Flexibility: The best part is that you are in complete control. After your first order, you'll receive a link to your secure customer portal. From there, you can easily pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription at any time. It's convenience, with no strings attached.

When you first place an order a profile will automatically be created for you, your card details saved in our secure payment portal, and payment for recurring orders will be automatically deducted from your nominated account before the delivery date for each bouquet. 

If your details change, that’s no problem. You will be able to update any changes when we send out the confirmation email, just as long as it hasn’t yet left the studio.

If you select a recurring order, ongoing payments will be automatically debited in line with your selected frequency of weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. 

No worries – as long as you email us before your order has left our studio we can update any address details.

Absolutely! You’re also able to add a gift card when ordering, and you’ll be prompted to include a message before checking out. 

After your initial delivery, if you wish to cancel, you’ll have to let us know two weeks prior to the next scheduled delivery.
