Flowers

We offer three size choices, – the O’Hara Classic, Signature and Luxe Bouquets. The Signature size is the option featured most prominently throughout our imagery. All options are luxury oversized arrangements that are guaranteed to impress any recipient. 

We work with premium fresh flowers so the images online are examples only and indicate the size and colour theme of the bouquet, the flower types and colour palette will differ depending on seasonal availability. 

We understand that most of the time, it won’t be you receiving the flowers. So we always include a flower care note inside the order on how to care for the flowers.

Unfortunately we cannot take customised orders since we work with seasonal flowers and create fresh bouquets based on the daily premium selection available. For custom event or wedding flowers, contact our sister company Arctic Fox Events.

Delivery

To sustain the life of our flowers, we only offer same day flowers and scheduled flower delivery to the Gold Coast.

Absolutely! We work out of our studio located at 4/7 Taree St, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220.

We’ll give you a call once your order is ready to organise a time for you to come and pick up your flowers.

So as long as your order is placed before 11am, we can deliver flowers same day to you within the Gold Coast.

If you are wanting to send flowers to a hospital, we ask that you get in touch with the hospital first to confirm they will accept them. Due to health and safety regulations, a number of hospitals no longer accept flowers.

Our delivery costs are not included in the price of the bouquet. The cost of delivery will be calculated on top of each bouquet ordered when prior to adding to cart.

Delivery fees are a flat rate of $14.95 for Gold Coast. We also offer free local pick up in Burleigh.

Our delivery team will leave the flowers in a safe place by the front door. Apartment buildings can be tricky for our drivers so if there is somewhere in particular you would like the flowers left, let us know via the ‘Special Instructions’ field when adding to cart. 

Once the bouquet is delivered, you will receive another email to advise of order completion. If you haven’t received an email and want to check on the status of your order please get in touch.

Forget me not

Our Forget Me Not online gifting calendar streamlines the yearly gifting process from you to your friends and family throughout the year.

Your initial step is to create your recipient, select the colour bunch, occasion, delivery schedule, add on any gifts and complete the delivery information.

Be sure not to forget anyone, think Mother’s Day, Family & Colleagues’ Birthdays, Wedding Anniversaries, Valentines Day, Christmas, Father’s Day.  Once your first recipient is scheduled, you can then create your second pre-order and so on. There is no limit to how many recipients you can pre order for.

Once that part is complete, you get to sit back and relax as we prepare and deliver your flowers on repeat!

We understand that things can change, so we will send you a confirmation email to make sure the date, address and arrangement is correct.

When you first place an order a profile will automatically be created for you, your card details saved in our secure payment portal, and payment for recurring orders will be automatically deducted from your nominated account before the delivery date for each bouquet. 

If your details change, that’s no problem. You will be able to update any changes when we send out the confirmation email, just as long as it hasn’t yet left the studio.

If you select a recurring order, ongoing payments will be automatically debited in line with your selected frequency of weekly, fortnightly, monthly or yearly. 

You are able to make updates to future orders within your customer portal

No worries – as long as you email us before your order has left our studio we can update any address details.

The more information you can provide about the delivery location the better!

Absolutely! You’re also able to add a gift card when ordering, and you’ll be prompted to include a message before checking out. 

After your initial delivery, if you wish to cancel, you’ll have to let us know two weeks prior to the next scheduled delivery.

Yes, absolutely.

Once you’ve placed your order you can change the message, date and address by contacting us by email for up to an hour after the order was made.

You are also able to make some changes to your order yourself within your customer portal
